  Age of child: 11 Summer 2018 Review: This is a URJ (Reform Jewish) sleepaway camp. My daughter originally chose it because her older (girl) cousin is a camper there and talks about it nonstop. This was my daughters third year attending and it is EVERYTHING to her. While we are not a particularly observant household, I truly appreciate the values that are being taught to her there - kindness, caring for the earth, caring for our community, bravery, persistence - none of which she receives through regular schooling. It's a small camp with a great community. I am jealous that I don't get to go!

  Age of Child: 12 Likes: Pretty much everything--standouts are lots of swimming, friends, and color war/Maccabia. I like that they aren't allowed to have electronics at camp. What would you change? She said the food was not good this year--better food! Would you send your child(ren) again? Yes Do you recommend? Highly recommend Do you have any other information to add? This camp is affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism, so it's a Jewish camp. Jewish content includes daily services, some Jewish learning, blessings before and after meals.

  Age of Child: 9 Likes: Excellent communication with parents, very well-run. My daughter had a wonderful time. She really bonded with her cabin-mates and enjoyed all the activities. Her swimming improved a lot. We both like the Jewish content at camp--daily and Shabbat prayers, some learning about Judaism and Israel. She can't wait to go back next year. What would you change? It would be nice if the kids learned some Hebrew, and if it were cheaper (but then they probably couldn't offer as much as they do). Would you send your child(ren) again? Yes Do you recommend? Highly recommend
