CNS Construction gutted and redid our house, and I could not possibly sing their praises enough. The DoB construction superintendent said to me one day when I saw him at the house, “Where did you find these guys? They are building your house old school. No one does it like this anymore.” Every single person who worked for them on our house was conscientious, competent, and took great pride in doing a good job. I want to provide my highest recommendation for CNS construction contractors. They completed a somewhat major renovation on my new house and from start to finish it was a truly lovely experience, something you don’t hear often when dealing with contractors! They had a admin assistant who is extremely responsive and helpful over email and helps coordinate and schedule. All the workers were extremely friendly and competent, and on top of that, they left the house clean and organized every night! They were responsive to changes and additions and completed the work on time and within budget. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to do this type of work. They were simply the best!(no subject)
CBS construction is under new management! Bernie's foreman, Silvio took over the business and we can't recommend him highly enough. When we did our renovation, Silvio was on top of everything, was clearly respected by his crew and made things get done! He is very knowledgeable and reliable. I wish him the best and hope his new business succeeds!
