This is a class that you would enjoy if you want to get on the floor and spoon with your partner, get on the floor and give back rubs, etc. We just wanted the straight-up information about what to expect from childbirth and how to best prepare, so half of this full-day class was not for us. However, the other half of the class day was informative. Based on November, 2016 birth experience
