  • Help - 9 y.o. brithday party ideas for end January!

Not sure if this is your thing but Chuck E Cheese is pretty reasonably priced compared to other venues and meets your criteria!
  • Responses: Affordable Bday Venues and Entertainment

I have found one of the more affordable ones to be Chuck E Cheese at the Atlantic Center. They have different packages but the cheaper ones are about $20 per kid. My main advice is to book an earlier party, like an 11:00am or 11:30am start time because it can get crowded there later in the day.
  • Review from Kids Birthday and Bar/Bat Mitzvah Party Survey - 2016

Age of child: 7 Venue Review: My son begged to have his 7th bday party at Chuck E Cheese. Let me say that it was not my first choice, but we gave in. The kids LOVED it. It basically amounts to unlimited games for the kids - and who can complain about that? Also, the staff were *super* nice to the kids, and everything was really well organized. It was definitely among the more affordable party options (excluding park parties, but that's not an option for us since my son has a late winter b-day), which meant we could invite a bigger crew. I probably wouldn't do this for kids much younger than 6/7, because they wind up running around the whole facility and it can be a little hard to keep tabs on the kids. Note - kids really can't get lost here, but you probably want kids who don't need to be supervised every single second.

LIKES: The space, the entertainment and the ease of planning the party. Do you recommend (High Rec, Rec, Rec w/ Reservations, Do Not Rec)? Highly Recommend
