Advice: Switching Early Intervention Offices? An Office you like in Kensington or Windsor Terrace?

We had the world’s most amazing care coordinator when my kid was in Early Intervention. Her name is Chatarra Hamlett and she works for Personal Touch. I actually don’t know where the agency itself is located because we never went there—she came to us and we communicated by phone, text, email otherwise. She was always on top of everything, coordinated service providers, found new ones when we had problems, and just generally ran the whole show seamlessly. The actual service providers were from different agencies and Ms Hamlett found them and figured out all the scheduling and sent them to us. Our EI experience was just starting when COVID hit and she was on top of transitioning to remote and then coordinating and running out Turning 3 meeting during lockdown. She’s also a fantastic human in general. I don’t know anything about the process of changing agencies or coordinators but if you can work with Ms Hamlett, you’re sure to have a better time.
