ISO home inspector

We just used Dominic from Certified Home Inspections +1 (631) 921-6602. He helped my sister on one occasion (he told them about a lot of issues so they didn’t go through with the deal) and just helped us with an inspection of a brownstone unit. He was thorough, communicative, got us the report same-day, and happily answered some follow up questions we had post-visit. I didn’t price around since I trusted my sisters recommendation but his rate seemed quite reasonable.
