Career Counselors & Life Coaches

Very generally, people seek a coach to help them determine and achieve personal or professional goals or results, which may be life, health, spiritual, relationship and/or career/job related.  A coach may use different approaches and apply different techniques based on experience, training and the client needs to facilitate client transformation and growth.  Coaches may meet in person. over the phone or online.  You may meet with your coach weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on the coaching practice and your goals. Typically, coaches will provide you with a complementary discussion to better inform you of his or her specific approaches, experience and fee schedule.
