We used Carrie Rattle (www.behavioralcents.com). She has a background in finance, and I found her to be very empathetic and perceptive, too. We were in the same position as you (I am frugal, my partner is not) -- she helped break down the reasons why he and I have different approaches to money so that we could more easily understand where the other person was coming from. She then guided us as we created a plan together. She also did one-on-one coaching with me so that I could close some gaps in my own understanding about how financial markets work. We both think about our money differently now, and we're (mostly) on the same page. I highly recommend her.
