ISO: Facade help/repair

Our coop building in Clinton Hill recently had some exterior waterproofing of our facade done. We got quotes from 3 contractors that our property manager has worked with on other properties and ended up going with Capital Construction. They also scraped and repainted our fire escapes and redid our front steps. They were decent- I can't speak to the quality of the facade work yet. It looks good and we haven't had any issues but only time will tell. We did have to stay on top of them to make sure they were cleaning up after themselves and not leaving gates to our building open, but I suspect that's a universal issue.
