REVIEW: This is a perfectly adequate after-school. They're a little strict in that kids have to focus on their homework and don't get to play until homework is done; this was very tough for my November-birthday kindergartener at the start of the year and there were some struggles. I think there are some arts materials and indoor/outdoor play areas but there aren't specific enrichment activities. They pick up by bus/van from the local schools, and offer full-day programming on many days off school, and are very affordable. It's not bougie but it's a solid option for a family like ours with two working parents. Our school's after-school program doesn't have enough seats available for everyone who needs it, so this was the next best thing. Skills learned: My kid did get better at focusing on his homework over the course of the year, and had the chance to navigate relationships with different kids at different grades (K-2 is together). What would you change? If a program with less homework focus and more extracurricular activities was available in my neighborhood, I would choose that instead, but Campus provides a necessary service for those of us who can't be off work at 2:30 to pick up our kids.
