Review from the 2025 Birthing SurveyCait was essential in my pregnancy, birth, and post-partum journey. She is the perfect blend of evidence-based and crunchy. She responded to all types of questions, even checking in when I didn’t reach out for awhile, made excellent recommendations, and tailored her services to the specific needs of me and my husband. She came over as soon as I needed her when I was in labor, and served as an essential guide through my labor and delivery. She helped me make decisions that were best for me, never pressuring. I didn’t even realize how much I would need her post-partum, and that was when the real needs began! She came over, helped calm us down, prioritize, and make decisions about our baby’s needs. I highly recommend her!

Re: Birth Doula recommendation?Want to second Cait Lanahan, she was amazing for the birth of my son in June. Cannot recommend getting a doula enough. That was a tough week, and we wouldn't have gotten through it without her.

Review from the Spring 2023 Birthing SurveyReview: Cait was so incredible & went above & beyond! My husband & I would have been a disaster if it was not for her. Full review is on Boober. Any advice for people considering hiring a postpartum caregiver? Do it! Best $ ever spent. She came 20 hours the 1st week & 12 hrs the following week.
