I absolutely ADORE Bruce Haymann at Atlantic Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. I go to him typically once a week as I have had various nagging pains, tightnesses, etc. I was an acupuncture skeptic before I met Bruce. He is truly wonderful and, I think, incredibly gifted. He is an empathic, ego-free listener who is truly invested in your physical and functional improvement. I am a fitness/lifting enthusiast and am very particular and definitely have my own ideas (LOL)... Bruce has been a patient and warm listener and healer and I feel I have someone in my corner whenever I have an impingement or muscle groups that aren't working optimally. He is curious and interested in finding improvement and healing WITH YOU. I cannot recommend him more. I especially love that he does dry-needling, on which I cannot believe I slept on for so long! (Also, since you mention back and neck pain -- I first went to Bruce because I blew out my back... and then worked through a very weird shoulder/neck pain issue... he was an angle with needles throughout the ordeal and what felt like big setbacks.)
