I had my daughter's 3 year old birthday in the basement space of the Carroll Gardens library and it was lovely! It's a big space, and when we rented it (about 5 years ago) I think it cost $150 dollars? It also has a stage, movie screen, and lots of space to move around. We brought in balloons, pizza, and music- highly recommend.
