I saw Melissa Paschke (LCSW specializes in post partum issues), both in a group that she runs once a month in the evenings, and in private sessions and it was pretty affordable.

Just wanted to endorse the earlier recommendation for the Brooklyn PPD support group. http://www.brooklynppdsupport.org/ I think I only managed to get there twice, but it's immensely helpful to realize you're not the only one struggling. I also strongly recommend Brooke Shields' book Down Came the Rain. You are not alone and you will get through this. Hang in there! Review submitted April 2017
