I highly recommend Dr. Nanika Coor. She helped us through some very challenging times with our child at that age. It was a mix of coaching and couples therapy, and because she is a psychologist, I could send the bills to insurance. (out of network)
Recommendations for a woman of color therapist

It looks like she's focusing on parents now, but I know Nanika Coor has experience with kids and teens as well. Our experience with her was about a decade ago when she did my daughter's psychoeducational testing while a student at the William Allanson White Institute. I found her to be very patient and understanding with my often disgruntled kid, and also a good combination of professional and down-to-earth. If she's solely focused on parents at the moment, I'm sure she can refer you to another therapist of color for teens.
