Martial arts for three year old

A friend of mine has his young boys (can't recall their ages) train capoeria with Joao Lampreia at Motumbaxe Capoeira. Classes are at Nevins and Atlantic. I think the young kids classes start at 3 years. Lampreia's a great guy -- I know him from jiu-jitsu.
