Brooke Vacuum & Appliances on 7th Ave and 12th Street sold me my Miele and do fast repairs! They are really great!

I just had to give a shout out to Brooke's Appliances. I bought my first grown up vacuum there last week and it was just an extremely enjoyable experience. I worked with Steve, half of the identical brother duo who run the shop. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, didn't try to fleece me. I find it uncommon to have such great customer service these days, and I love to support a mom and pop! And we are really loving our dust and crumb free home! (March, 2010)
