Buying the apartment you are renting
As far as real estate attorneys go, we used Howard Brickner in the first purchase and Zerline Goodman in the second. You will come across both of their names on this website and around the BK real estate. The only reason we didn't use Howard the second time was because the seller had engaged him first.Recommendations for real estate lawyer for coop purchase

I cannot recommend strongly enough Howard Brickner, who stewarded my husband and I through what felt like an endless real estate nightmare (the details are too horrible to describe). We dealt with many professionals throughout, some of whom were pretty awful, but Howard was wonderful. He was a rock, an incredible advisor, always accessible (including late at night on Friday and over the weekends) and went above and beyond to make two simultaneous deals happen for us after many, many stumbling blocks. My husband and I are both lawyers, and he is the kind of lawyer we both respect - he talked me down from the ledge on more than one occasion and kept everything on track. He also doesn't delegate to junior lawyers, we always dealt with him personally, which was great. At the end of the day, I don't think we would be in our amazing new home if it wasn't for him, and I will always be grateful. Call him, you won't regret it.(no subject)
