We highly highly recommend Brian Babst over at Douglas Elliman. He not only found us a great apartment in Ditmas Park but has worked non-stop to guide us through our first co-op application to make a great impression to the board. He literally goes the extra mile. He even rented a Zipcar to drive our attorney to Mineola to review board minutes. He is super personable and great to work with. You really can’t go wrong here.
