For me the best sufganiyot I've found so far are at Breads Bakery (though this is not very helpful as it's only in Manhattan).

Not in Park Slope, but if you're willing to take a trip Breads Bakery in USQ has AMAZING hamantaschen that we also bought "for my son" and then demolished quickly as a family :).
