Not PT, but I saw a chiropractor during my pregnancy that helped immensely. Sounds like your symptoms would be right up his alley. He specializes in pregnant women. Bradley Lipton

I went to Bradley Lipton in the city and loved him. Warm, attentive, and explained everything he was doing to reassure me! Many OB's send their patients there when they're experiencing pain.
