Shoutout to Book Nook in Park Slope
I just wanted to do a shout out to Book Nook on Garfield. They just opened in the fall and we enrolled our 3 year old son, who is an OBSESSIVE reader, starting in January. The space is so beautiful and Heather, the person who runs the location is just so lovely. The space itself is like a calming oasis for reading and the few events we've also attended have been fantastic. Our son still talks about the author he met! He is excited to go every week and has just thrived since we started. It's definitely pricey, but we really feel like it's been worth every penny, especially since we knew we couldn't support his voracity and early reading with our busy schedules.
