ISO: suggestions for restaurants good for people with celiac
Our daughter has Celiac so we are well-versed on Celiac-friendly places in the neighborhood. Another good option is Bogota. It's not entirely gluten free, but they are knowledgeable and careful about Celiac and have tons of GF options. It's also a really fun place for a group.ISO: suggestions for restaurants good for people with celiac
Bogota (Park Slope) - Colombian with a festive atmosphere. They have a separate gf menu and cook everything in a separately so it’sceliac friendly.Allergy-Aware Restaurants
My son has similar allergies, we try to stick with cuisines that don’t tend to have nuts/sesame as common ingredients on most menu items for restaurants, so a lot of south and Central American when we eat out. I've found bogota and Calexico pretty good- though I try to stress the no Mayo thing, as I think sometime folks don’t think of the egg in the mayo if you don’t remind them.Great takeout with kids menu?
La Bogota on 5th has a great kids menu.Looking for restaurant for large group
I think Bogotá, in North Park Slope, fits your description. I think the food is good, cocktails are yummy, and the ambience is fun.Lunch with Toddler

Re: Dinner for 14 in Bklyn? Bogota Bistro would work just fine. You can also reserve through either their website or OpenTable.com. (March 2012)
