Definitely call Melissa DeBenedetto. She’s based in NJ but works all over. Her and her partner Bill and their team are experts at exactly what you are looking for. She is a stellar human as well, :) always on point and fun to talk to! She helped us through our first house years ago, is always there to answer questions (even years later), but what I loved so much is that they spelt everything out, answering questions I didn’t even know we should think about. We’ve since refinanced and looked into other properties and they have been a massive asset all around. They are excellent at looking at each person/family’s needs and tailoring the path to fit what’s needed to get where you want to go. Everyone I’ve recommended them to over the many years has just as much praise as I do! She also has excellent partners to recommend for anything needed (we’ve needed a lawyer, title agent, surveryor, etc…).
