We love Big Apple Window Cleaning and use them once or twice a year. We have a third floor apartment in a brownstone with absolutely ancient windows and they climb around like Spiderman outside to clean them. Last time I used them back in May of this year, they charged $24 per window, which includes the insect screens. It is well worth the money, because they can clean them faster and more thoroughly than I or my hubby ever could, in far less time. They are fastidious about wearing masks and covering their shoes when they enter your home, and are very neat when cleaning up afterwards.
