Seeking low-cost therapist: do they exist??
I found my therapist through Brooklyn Counseling Service (https://bcsnygroup.com/) which was recommended by fellow PSPers and have been very happy with her. They take almost all insurances- for me I pay $40/visit.ISO-Therapist for Teen that accepts EmblemHealth insurance
We have had wonderful experiences with the therapists at Brooklyn Counseling Services, and they take Emblem Health. I’ve been seeing the same therapist there for 3 years and am really happy with her, and our teenager has seen 3 different therapists there (he had to change first due to a schedule change and then again due to the therapist he was seeing finding a different job) and has been happy with all of them. I believe they’re currently mostly seeing patients virtually but there’s lots of locations so shouldn’t be too hard to get to them once they’re back in person either.
