ISO OB recs for a 3rd c-section
Basma Faris is wonderful! I had a j-hook incision with my first, 9 lbs, 11 oz who was transverse lie. My second needed to be a c section at 37 weeks, 8 lbs 13 oz due to the incision from the first. Seconding Dr. Faris and the other doctors in the practice at 40 Worth Street (it's a Weill Cornell practice). Dr. Pena was my official OB (and she is wonderful), but I rotated with all four of the doctors there and I found all of them to be thoughtful, kind, sympathetic, and knowledgeable. Dr. Fong ended up doing my c-section and she was terrific too. I actually miss seeing all of them!OB recommendation
Hi! I loved my OB so much, I'm so sad to not see her regularly anymore! :) Dr. Basma Faris from Weil Cornell, delivering at New York Pres Lower Manhattan. I met all the doctors in the practice and liked them, but had a breech baby so a planned cesarean birth with Dr. Faris. Would recommend her to anyone! Office is 40 Worth St in Tribeca, so easy for me to get to from Windsor Terrace.
