Badlands hair salon is open. Not outside but they're taking precautions. Don't be intimidated by their website, they can do very simple cuts too :) -

My son had been going to badlands on 5th Avenue and has gotten some good cuts (having seen different people each time). He has thick/wavy hair so he needs someone who knows what they are doing. They have a lower price for kids. It feels grown up without being fussy (but might be a little too edgy for some, though). -
Boys Long/rockstar hair stylist
I took my son to Badlands on 5th Avenue. He went from having an unkept 70's surf look to a sort of Beatles invasion layered long shag. I think they did a great job and they are in the neighborhood. Have fun!
