I'm a big fan of Anastasia at Arte Salon, if you are comfortable going into Manhattan. They are right off the Bowery. She's great with my fine curls and gave me the best "please chop off all of my quarantine hair!!" cut a few weeks ago. My hair feels stylish and healthy!
