She helped my husband and I with many aspects of preparing for the birth of our daughter, and was absolutely essential to achieving the kind of birth we wanted (and had). To keep things brief, she help with a series of decisions that made sure the birth was safe and calm and positive. She also includes a pre-natal reflexology massage as well as a number of pre and post natal home visits. My husband and I can't recommend her highly enough! Based on a September 2017 birthing experience.
