We recently went to Andrea Waldman who is with Mount Sinai and really liked her. She's great with kids and really nice, and seems to know her stuff. She prints out a routine for each kid and it's very clear, and if you have MyChart you can easily find it on there as well. I didn't ask for any tweaks but she seems like she would be open to that if you needed it. The only downside is the travel time- upper east or upper west side. Also the office is very and responsive by email.
