If anyone is looking for a home organizer, I highly recommend Amy Gall. My husband and I have a basement that was jam packed with everything from mementos to doors to planks of wood. Amy organized everything in our space with us. She created stations with neatly labeled boxes for our tools, bulk items, out of season clothes, and a work station for contractors. She then sourced a company to responsibly dispose of all our extra stuff. Our basement is so spotless and organizing now I can’t even believe it. This has been a decade in the making and we are so glad we hired Amy!

If anyone is looking for an home organizer, especially for help navigating smaller spaces, I highly recommend Amy Gall. My second baby is due this summer and our two bedroom apartment was feeling unworkable, but like everyone else, we are trying to avoid a move. Amy totally helped us stay just where we are. She figured out a great toy and clothes storage system for both our toddler and the new baby in their small bedroom where I’d previously felt like there were no options. She helped me make a bunch of room for my clothes (including post maternity/birth) in my closet. She figured out a system for everyone’s shoes and toiletries and sourced a media cabinet for our living room with tons more storage. Amy even found us a foldable wood dining room table that can be transformed into a slim end table in our living room so that we can all finally sit together for a meal! Amy is fast, knowledgeable and has made our place feel shockingly spacious. You can reach her at her website: www.revitalized.space or directly at amylgall@gmail.com or (339) 222-1028"

  • Toy chaos contained! Recommendation for Organizer

If anyone is looking for a home organizer/ someone to help you move into a new space, I highly recommend Amy Gall. I’m a single mom to a four year old and I had a stroke at the beginning of the year that really affected my mobility. Needless to say, organizing was not a high priority, but I was getting really overwhelmed with the clutter accumulating in my two bedroom apartment, especially my son’s room. Amy came in like a breath of fresh air and helped me go through everything. She completely cleared out the clutter from the living room and made an organizing play space for my son that he can easily get to himself. She also totally reset his room, including his closet, (pictured here). Amy even sorted all the stuff he’d grown out of into donations boxes that she took with her or prepared for my friends to pick up. She made sure that not only was everything beautiful but also accessible: putting things at the right level for me so that I can easily grasp them and making sure things that were low down that I still can’t reach are either toys that don’t make a mess or stuff I won’t need until later in my rehab process. This weekend I got to watch my son play with his train set for the first time in seven months because he could finally reach it and have a cleared out place to play. Really really loving my new space! You can reach Amy at her website https://www.revitalized.space or directly at amylgall@gmail.com or 339-222-1028
  • ISO Closet designer/organizer

We just worked with Amy Gall organizing our house (primarily closets, but other areas too) and she was great. We had already gotten shelving from Elfa, but she helped me rethink it all! Highly recommend. (And she made organizing palatable, even though it’s my least favorite way to spend time!). Can’t say enough good things. She would be fantastic for this!

Amy is great, she is compassionate and non judgmental and keeps the work moving. She also will pick out selections of items for you based on your space, budget and preferences. And she will take away donations too!

  • Organizer recommendation

I'm about to move out of a four story house that my family has lived in for over a decade while also managing renovations of our new house. I was feeling so overwhelmed about the amount of work it would take to get things organized. We are not very organized people - 3 kids 8 and under. But thankfully, I reached out to Amy. Over the course of this summer, Amy helped me organize my entire house from top to bottom. She transformed everything from my three kids' basement play space to the kitchen, to the attic which was packed to the brim and is now a functional office and an organized space for winter clothes and memorabilia. It felt amazing to get rid of so much stuff and organize it before moving, and will make the move easier. Now that the renovations are done, Amy is helping us with every step of the move, measuring and sourcing furniture for our new space, packing, creating a spreadsheet for where everything will go in each room, and setting up donations of what we won't take with us. She will even be there on the moving day to ensure everything runs smoothly and will be unpacking our entire house. Amy has been really great - flexible with her schedule, quick, hard working, and a pleasure to be around.
  • Shout out for an apartment organizer!

If anyone is looking for help organizing their apartment, I highly recommend Amy Gall. My husband and I thought we'd have to move because our apartment felt too small and chaotic, especially now that we have a daughter. We hired Amy to see if we could avoid that cost and we're so glad we did. Amy went through our whole place, helping us get rid of a ton of stuff; clothes, toys, kitchen items, you name it. She sorted everything else into categories and most importantly, rearranged our stuff so that it flowed and made sense. Suddenly, closets that had been jam packed were totally open. Our bedroom, which had felt particularly claustrophobic since we share it with our daughter, now feels peaceful. She helped us section off a space that’s just for us, space for our daughter and her growing collection of clothes and toys, and she even created a work space for my husband, all in one room. Amy is tireless, thorough, and kind and great at making tricky, smaller spaces function. Can’t recommend her enough! You can reach out to her through her website or directly at amylgall@gmail.com or 339-222-1028.

If anyone is looking for someone to organize their place, or help with a move to a new place. I can’t recommend Amy Gall enough. This is our second time working with Amy because our kids are rapidly growing and so are their toys, clothes and we wanted to transition them to bunk beds. Amy completely took over the project - she worked directly with our six year old to go through all the toys he wanted and didn’t want. Suddenly our kid who is usually reticent to clean up after himself was thrilled to be in charge of toy sorting and has continued to keep his room clean since then! Amy also measured out their room, sourced and put together the kids’ bunk bed, shelving for hood and toys and a new dresser so that each kid had their own. Now their room looks so spacious, organized and grown up! I also referred Amy to a friend of mine who's mom was moving and since she's not an active PSP member she wanted me to post on her behalf since she was so thrilled with Amy's work! "My mom’s house in BK is getting renovated and she was really anxious about moving since it involved a lot of moving pieces. Amy came over the week before and packed the entire house, top to bottom. She hired the movers, sourced carpet cleaners, and was also there the day of the move. The move was complicated - some stuff was staying in the house, some of it was going to my mom’s place in Long Island, some of it was going to our house, and Amy made sure everything ran smoothly. My mom just kept telling me - she made it feel so easy! We are for sure hiring her again to move my mom and our family into the house once the renovations are done. Can’t recommend her enough!" Anyway, you can reach her at her website: www.revitalized.space Or contact her directly at amylgall@gmail.com or her number 339-222-1028. Thanks!

I had an idea to hire an organizer for a holiday gift for my husband (and for myself, too, if I'm being honest). I found Amy Gall by searching recommendations in the neighborhood. I am so glad we called her! She chatted with both me and my husband to make sure we were comfortable with her coming in and on board with what she was proposing. By the end of the first session, she and my husband had tossed out reams of paper and stacks of books - stuff I'd been trying to get cleared out of the apartment for years. Amy then created filing systems for my husband's papers, sourced furniture, put it together and somehow the office/man cave that couldn't even fit my husband's desk, now fits two desks and is a beautiful co-working space for both of us. Amy is also my toddler's new best friend. She completely overhauled my son's room, sourcing furniture for the toys, putting everything together and staging it. I basically just came home from work last week to a completely new room for my kid. My son liked Amy so much (asking where she was every day) that she actually came back a week early to install things and hang out with him. He happily followed her around the house while she explained how every tool in her arsenal worked. Amy is warm, compassionate, and works hard and fast. I love our apartment now and actually look forward to coming home and even working from home now that she's fixed everything up. It's a huge relief and feels like a new home! (Cheaper than moving, too!)
  • Recommendation for an organizer

I always see this query, but haven't ever replied in time, so posting a recommendation now for a really wonderful organizer! I've been working with Amy Gall at Revitalized Space. She's done an assortment of jobs including organizing cabinets and closets and installing coat racks. She found a service to remove some old furniture, books and other items from our basement. She took apart a crib then personally delivered it to a shelter and rebuilt it for one of the residents there. I'm planning to have her work with movers to prepare for a renovation too. She is meticulous and kind and totally non-judgmental. She doesn't require much guidance from me to just take care of stuff, which has been wonderful.
  • Amy Gall Home Organizer Revitalized Spacw

If you’re looking for someone to organize your house and/or help you move into a new space, I can’t recommend Amy Gall enough. I unexpectedly had to relocate from my old apartment in Park Slope the very same week I started chemotherapy and I really needed help. Amy immediately came over to the old apartment and went to work. She sorted through every room and helped me make crucial decisions about items to keep and get rid of, she took measurements in the new apartment and personally shopped for furniture and space saving shelving etc for every room. On our moving day she unpacked and completely set up our kitchen, our children’s bedrooms, my and my husband’s bedroom and the living room. She even got down on the floor and entertained my two year old while installing a little shelf just his height so he could reach his own snacks in the kitchen. She saved me so much time and stress and made our apartment beautiful and clean so that I could focus on my health. She told me she has some available slots this fall and will even give a discount for the first four hours of a project, just mention my name. You can reach out to her at her website: https://www.revitalized.space/ or email her directly at amylgall@gmail.com . Feel free to ask me questions if you have them!
  • Revitalized Space

If you’re seeking someone to help you organize, I highly recommend Amy with Revitalized Space. I was starting a new job and knew I needed to declutter and clear up some physical space (to help declutter some mental space!). Amy was very easy to work with—she encouraged me to get rid of papers and items I no longer needed (but kept saving for some reason) without being pushy or judgmental. She then helped me organize the remaining documents and materials in a way that works for me, recognizing I needed a system I’d be inclined to use going forward. Amy literally got down on the floor with me to go through stuff and fill garbage bags—she helped me prepare for my new job by organizing materials and making my space actually usable. Don’t hesitate to reach out to Amy/Revitalized Space if you’re looking to organize and create more space where needed!
  • recommending a personal organizer

We recently worked with Amy Gall to organize our 2 bedroom apartment. We met her through friends who also used her to get their upstate home ready to become an airbnb. There are four of us in the apartment and it was incredibly cluttered. Amy helped make a livable, serene space that I actually like coming home to. She completely customized her involvement based on our needs (one of us needed more hand-holding when it came to parting ways with possessions, the other did not). She sourced supplies for organizing and even furniture and came up with a lot of workable solutions for toys, clothes, and more. Some rooms she took on all by herself, some spaces we worked together on. She even spent an afternoon with my 5 year old helping him go through old toys and deciding what to keep and what to say goodbye to. She's really flexible and smart about making spaces functional and cozy. No financial benefit from recommending Amy but full disclosure she's so fun to work with we became buddies! She let me know she has some space available now for new clients and I'd love to connect to her other families in need!
