Therapist
Hi, In addition to a therapist, I highly recommend the Alzheimer Association’s phone support groups. They run most groups in person, but maintain facilitated phone groups that can be very helpful if you are a caretaker of a child or family member with this illness. As a therapist I have had clients find these groups emotionally supportive and resourceful.
