I had a good experience with Always Green Cleaners. They did my rug, but I’m sure they do couches too. When they were done they showed me the filthy water which was cool. Also, there was absolutely no smell of anything (except maybe wet rug), so I’m pretty certain their solution wasn’t harsh.
