SUMMARY Re: ISO early AM pilates classAlign Brooklyn on the corner on 16th St & 5th Ave in South Slope is great. They have classes at 6.30am M-F. It was a great way for me to get back into exercising 10 months after giving birth.
Review submitted via the 2016 Birth SurveyBeau Dobrikov - pre natal yoga instructor. I took Beau's Yoga Flow at Align Brooklyn and her pre-natal class at Park Slope Yoga. Beau is a great teacher and really makes you feel comfortable throughout class. The techniques learned in class really helped during labor and delivery. I also believe my body was able to bounce back much faster because of the muscle toning and work I was able to do while pregnant.
