Pregnant, need periodontist
Dr. Ali Askari and his whole practice is very good and I saw them both during and after pregnancy. I had severe gum issues due to blood pressure medication and previous issues plus the gum issues of pregnancy and he was thoughtful in his approach. He is also knowledgeable about how gum infections can impact pregnancy negatively so he is not overly conservative and the second trimester is a good time to get work done from what I understand.
