Gall bladder removal doctors
https://weillcornell.org/alp2014 He is a brilliant surgeon with a compassionate manner and an amazing team— he has done two surgeries for me and I can not recommend him highly enough. He takes Medicare and his whole team - from scheduling to theater team - are wonderful. (Dr Pomp was recommended to me by my endocrinologist who told me that bariatric surgeons are the best at doing gall bladders, and that Dr Pomp is the best of the best. She was right.) The surgery was easy, I was in and out the same day and recovery was a breeze — much easier than dealing with gall bladder pain!Recommendation for a surgeon for fixing a hernia
I second Dr Pomp. I had him repair my hernia (in between pregnancies) and can’t recommend him enough. Happy to talk too so feel free to reach out.Recommendation for a surgeon for fixing a hernia
I highly recommend you take your hernia along to Dr Alfons Pomp at Weill Cornell/ NY Hospital. https://weillcornell.org/alp2014 Yes, Dr Pomp is Chief of Surgery. Yes, he is one of those Super Doctors in the Castle Connolly rankings. Yes, he is the absolute best at what he does—all kinds of gastrointestinal surgery—one of my doctors told me that people come from all over the country to see him. Above all, though, Dr Pomp is caring, kind and thoughtful; he thinks creatively and is open to considering all kinds of options. Even with the trickiest of cases: if there’s a way to ensure a great outcome and accommodate your wishes, he’ll find it.
