  I highly recommend Alexis for both buying and selling needs. She has been critical in helping us plan, stage, find and sell our home from the start of our process, and i cannot be more pleased with the end result. She works specifically in park slope and has provided contacts in every area of need including potential contractors, expeditors, mortgage brokers and handymen to work with. I truly valued her honest feedback and she was upfront, and transparent during the whole process. this is refreshing since the process of home buying isn't always an informative experience. I also found her ability to read people has greatly helped our buying and selling experience. This is the second time we have bought in the neighborhood and the experience we had with her compared to our first home buying process is incomparable. Her critical eye when it came to giving us feedback about spaces we were viewing was valuable, and she really understood what we were looking for in a home. The space we found and ended up exceed our expectations. When it came to selling our space, she was upfront with the costs on the things that we needed to handle before going on the market and helped stage our place, and i truly feel that it was this added touch that allowed us to reap the benefits of our quick and positive selling experience. Alexis truly seems to love her job, and i think this translates in her work.
