Outdoor dining with heat lamps?
If you're okay with an enclosed outdoor table, Aita in Clinton Hill (http://www.aitarestaurant.com/) has a really nice setup with individual heat lamps over each of their booths. If you prefer an open table with a heater next to it, Locanda Vini e Olli (https://www.locandany.com/), also in Clinton Hill, has open tables with propane heaters next to them. They also have a covered section, although I'm not sure what the heater situation is in there. I've eaten at both places pre-pandemic and they're very yummy.
