- Honda CRV mirror repair?I'm following up on our mirror repair. We were recommended to go to ABC Collision repair on 4th Ave. I called and [name deleted] was very helpful. I sent him photos and he found that we had a few options. A genuine Honda replacement for $572 or an off brand (which he said doesn't always fit) for $253. I also called a dealer and it was going to be $800. ABC was able to get the part in a day and they did the repair in about 30 minutes while I waited. Overall a very pleasant and convenient experience.
- Car mechanic recommendationI used ABC Collision on President and 4th ave a few times for our used car. We only heard of them through another insurance company who had them as a partner and was paying for the work as we were hit. They did great and reasonably priced. Their CC machine wasn't working one time and said to call back later with CC info to pay. Pretty trusting as I could have easily just left it, but since I called them back (like a normal, honest person) they knocked off $50. The hours can be kinda wonky as they open at 8am which is sometimes tough for those who work. But if you park the car on President the night before and drop the key through the slot, they will grab it.
- Car InspectionI recently went to ABC Collision to get our car repaired and I really liked them. They were very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. And I’m pretty sure they do car inspections, too (I’ll give them a try for our next car inspection).
- Re: ISO: local car inspectionWe took our car to ABC collision on 3rd ave at Carroll st for our inspection. They were extremely friendly and honest. We were sure they were going to tell us we needed new tires, but they said we could squeeze out another year or more. Plus, we later went in to replace a part that fell off our car and they said it wasn't necessary, because it happens all the time and is not essential. So, they have saved us lots of money that I'm sure another repair place would have taken advantage of.
- ISO reliable honest auto mechanicI've been very happy with ABC collision on 4th and President. Ask for Joey. They're great with paperwork for insurance (if you go that route) as well as honest upfront appraisals for repairs. They're also quite quick to complete jobs.
