  Seconding the shout out for Noel Borbon and his colleague Aaron Seawood at Triplemint (they represent buyers and sellers). They partnered with me on the sale of my condo in Cobble/ Boerum Hill earlier this year. Super easy to work with, responsive, human/ bring their whole-selves, knowledgable and genuine advocates. Personable, no bs, experienced buyers and sellers beoker, amazing team, knows the market and has developed the relationships you need to make sure you can get in and not lose places you want. He and his team were exceptional and available strategic partners to me (at tail end, knock wood, of a sale and purchase.) My sale was in contract within a week, and I can say that the buyers with a strong broker whongave them good strategic counsel made all of the difference in that decision. Was fascinating (and heart-breaking) to witness. Good luck!
