favorite chinese bakery for kiddo birthday treats?

We live across from 1 Dozen and they've been open a lot more recently. They took time off for parental leave last year. That being said, most of their cakes/snacks still aren't served by the slice yet. I think they are selling more full cakes than snacks so I would call ahead before making a trek. Something not noted on their site or in store, but last year they were taking special orders for homemade pineapple cakes. They were quite good.

I tried this bakery awhile ago and it was very delicious. But since the pandemic I’ve only seen it open a handful of times.
