Sunday, May 1, 2011 - Court Street Fair. Court Street will be completely closed to vehicular traffic from Union Street to W. 9^th Street, from approximately 10:00 AM until approximately 8:00 PM. The Fair officially runs from 12 Noon through 6:00 PM, but requires the street to be closed earlier to allow the vendors to set up, and later, to allow for clean up. All surrounding side streets that lead into Court Street along the route will be closed, as well. Be sure to look for the 76^thPrecinct Crime Prevention Table at the fair, where you can enroll in FREE security programs!

Sunday, May 1, 2011 - Five Borough Bike Tour. The Bike Tour will pass through the confines of the 76^th Precinct for a small portion of the route. The cyclists will be travelling southbound on Furman Street, cross Atlantic Avenue onto Columbia Street and re-enter the BQE at the highway entrance ramp, just prior to Congress Street. Accordingly, Atlantic Avenue, from the BQE overpass to the water, and Columbia Street, from Atlantic Avenue to Congress Street, will be closed to vehicular traffic. These closures will begin at approximately 8:00 AM and will last until approximately 3:00 PM. Please plan accordingly if you intend on visiting the Brooklyn Bridge Park on that day.
