CHiPS, a local food pantry, soup kitchen and women’s shelter is always grateful for donations of kitchen items, food, toiletries and clothing. CHiPS doesn’t have resources to collect so please drop any donations to their location on 4th Avenue and Sackett during hours of operation, Mon-Sat 9AM - 2PM.
CHiPs created an Amazon wish list – mostly with specific items for their kitchen – see here. If sending from Amazon, please include your first and last name and email in the gift note, so they know who they are receiving the donations from. If you don’t want to purchase from Amazon, you can still look at the list, buy locally and then tick it off the Amazon wish list.
CHiPS will take all food donations. For shelf stable food donations drop off can be anytime Mon-Sat between 9AM – 2PM. For prepared food donations drop off is best Mon-Sat between 9 – 11AM. That way, they can use it the same day.
