CAMBA Volunteers
Looking for a way to 'give back'? Brooklyn-based charity CAMBA is having a food an book drive. CAMBA s a non-profit agency that offers integrated services and programs in: Economic Development, Education & Youth Development, Family Support Services, HIV/AIDS Services, Housing Services & Development, Legal Services.
Right now CAMBA is looking for donations of the following:
--Rice, Pasta,Cereal
--Beans,Canned Tuna/Salmon, Peanut butter
--Fruit, Canned chicken, 100% fruit juice
--Vegetables, UHT or dried milk
--Books
The great news is CAMBA's partner, the Feinstein Foundation, will match food and monetary donations.
Food and books can be dropped off at any of the following CAMBA locations:
2241 Church Avenue, 3rd Floor • 1720 Church Avenue, 2nd Floor •
19 Winthrop Street • Park Slope Women’s Shelter – 1402 8th Avenue
