Here's How:
1. Log On To Your Account. (First time? Use I forgot my username/password link)
2. Click "PROFILE" on upper left side column
3. Click "FORUM GENERAL PREFERENCES" under Forums tab
4. Upload your pic using the Select Picture option. ALSO check the blue box to apply your pic to all your forums.
4. Click "SAVE."
