Comment:  We took our daughter to Little Tooth in Fort Greene for what was a dental emergency. She was 100% fine but they really helped us feel a lot better and they were so good with her. We were in the ER the night before b/c she fell on her Microboard scooter and knocked her tooth so far back I thought she'd lose it. Turns out the ER does nothing for tooth injuries and it was a waste of time. What's great about Little Tooth is they are on call 24/7 for tooth emergencies which you need to take care of asap. Also, while they were in there checking out her injury, they gave her first tooth cleaning :).

Comment:  Little Tooth on Greene Ave are wonderful. They aren't listed in the UFT directory, but they do take UFT insurance. They opened up the office for my daughter to get an emergency filling during the height of COVID and are super kind and kid friendly. Couldn't recommend more.

Comment:  Check out Little Tooth Pediatric Dentistry in Fort Green. My 3yo brushes her teeth nightly to “Tell Dr. Z about it”! He’s fantastic. She is so at ease there.

Comment:  We just took our almost-3 year old to Little Tooth on someone else’s rec on this list and Dr. Z was SO GREAT. There’s toys in the waiting room, she gets a balloon before she went in, there is a tv so she could watch while sitting on me and Dr. Z was so friendly and engaging it went very very fast. (It was literally 10minutes in the chair tho, so fast anyway!). She doesn’t get much tv so she was riveted and I was 100% on board with the lack of drama it engendered. She has major stranger danger so I was pleasantly surprised. When we went it was to an empty office so that may have helped too? We got some dental supplies when we left which was A+.The only prep was that I told her a few times (maybe x2/day for 3 days?) that we were going to see a tooth doctor. She’s used to Drs at this point so that seemed enough.
