Comment:  I have been training with Rachel Bass for three years. She has been a trainer for over 10 years and went to the National Personal Training Institute to receive her certification.She always has new workouts and exercises to challenge me and I have no excuse because she travels to my home! I have a few small weights but Rachel brings a whole backpack full or bands and other toys to diversify and intensify the workout. Rachel is upbeat, positive, fun and caring.
