    Comment:  I went to FPC (fit pregnancy club) from 20 weeks. Pelvic floor exercises are heavily incorporated and modified abdominal exercises to prevent or lessen DR. The exercises also focused on being able to get up from the ground with your baby (which I had to do way more than expected). I had a heavy guy, so the workouts definitely helped!
