Comment:  We enlisted the help of exterminators that moved furniture, stuffed endoscopes under the cracks of things and sealed several holes. It seems to have addressed the problem so far.

Comment:  I highly recommend Evergreen Eco Pest. We also had a mouse problem and had several people come through who didn't help. They do an excellent job at finding every crack and telling how the critters are coming in and what repairs you need to do. They do some of the sealing themselves and some of it they give you instructions to do yourself or hire a handyman. They also set traps. They are the most meticulous I've had out of a few different tries.

Comment:  We had moved into a new coop and saw a BB before we even unpacked. I was horrified thinking we had brought them in from the moving truck and went to great lengths to keep it under wraps. Only later did it become clear that it was a building issue - which was obviously worse. Before we knew it was a building issue we used Evergreen and I could not recommend them more highly. https://www.yelp.com/biz/evergreen-eco-pest-control-brooklynThey were discreet and professional and went out of their way to explain things in depth each step of the way. They even came back twice for free before we knew it was an issue from adjacent units.I've actually been waiting for someone to ask this question so I could recommend them. They really took their time making sure we understood the science behind what they were doing, were great with sharing tips, and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about helping. Given the PTSD that we now have, we're going to hire them to do quarterly inspections going forward.Good luck!
